Doctors for Doctors (D4D1) One-Day Seminar - Introductions
This popular one-day educational event has been running since 2009 and registrants have found it both personally and professionally fulfilling.
It explores the mental health, physical health and medicolegal issues affecting doctors, along with ways to overcome barriers and to optimise the consultation. Seminar program outline out soon, email email@example.com to register your interest to attend.
The format is facilitated and interactive with a mix of didactic presentations, videos, case studies and small and larger group discussion. It is fully catered and we also like to lead by example and “walk- the- doc” at lunch time!
The course has been accredited with:
- 40 Cat 1 RACGP QI&CPD points
- 30 ACRRM PDP points and
- 5 MIGA IRM points (MIGA has supported this training as part of its leading commitment to doctors’ health in Australia and in recognition of the link between poor doctor health and the potential for litigation)
